If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is behind us and the Christmas Season has begun. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over, but the deals continue. As the deals and advertisements continue let us not lose sight of the "Reason for the Season."

Tomorrow Saturday, December 1 the HSA kicks off the Christmas season with Santa Claus visiting the St. Therese School from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Christmas Wreaths will be sold in the school as well for $20.00.

On Sunday we begin the season of Advent and prepare for the coming of Our Lord, Jesus Christ. All St. Therese students are invited to begin the season of Advent on Sunday, December 2 by attending the 10:30 am mass and wear their school uniforms. Later on in the day at 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm some of our students will be participating in "The First Noel." There will be two shows, one at 4:00 pm and another at 7:30 pm. What a great way to begin Advent and get into the true spirit of Christmas.

Please note on your calendar that our annual Christmas Concert date has been changed. Originally, it was going to take place on Friday, December 14, but it has been moved Thursday, December 20. The super 50/50 raffle will be pulled on that night.

The Prek- 3 and 4 Christmas concerts will be on December 14. Prek-3 will be in the all purpose room in the church, and the Prek-4 will be in the gym.

As the season begins I hope everyone in the St. Therese parish and school community discover and experience the true spirit of Christmas and remain safe during the busy Holy Day season.

Have a wonderful and blessed weekend,
Tim Dunnigan
